Food is my passion and cooking is my profession. As a food stylist, recipe developer and chef, nothing provides me with more joy than being surrounded by beautiful, delicious food.
In 2013 I graduated top of the class with Le Grand Diplôme from the London branch of Le Cordon Bleu in both Cuisine and Pastry. Prior to London, I spent nearly a decade as founding partner of two Toronto based cafes and a catering company feeding the likes of Karen Kain, Mark McEwan and David Rocco.
